Grimsby Town sites
The first stop for any Grimsby fan is the club's official site (www.gtfc.co.uk). It carries the latest news and interviews, and bravely not shirking from publishing criticism from fans adds a nice sense of balance. The official site also offers a subscription to the more than useful Mariners World service giving fans access to further news, video footage, audio interviews and more.
The Grimsby Telegraph site (www.thisisgrimsby.co.uk) is a more than able back-up - but beware the occasionally over-the-top extended metaphors.
The BBC Grimsby Town section (news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/g/grimsby_town/default.stm) carries a comprehensive text-based match commentary if your connection isn't up to audio commentary (or if you want to review a game). The site runs a bit slowly on matchdays though, so be warned.
If you want statistics delivered to your email inbox then subscribe to the Grimsby Town service at Statmail (www.statmail.co.uk/subscribe/index.shtml). The mails are free and are sent out pretty promptly.
Messageboards
Cod Almighty doesn't have a messageboard as there are sites that already have well-established boards and we don't want to split up the debate.
One or more of the CA team can often be found on A Grim Outlook (s2.excoboard.com/exco/index.php?boardid=7408). Other boards include the Electronic Fishcake's (boards.rivals.net/default.asp?sid=909&p=16), the club's official one (www.extra-gtfc.co.uk/message_board/) and GTFC Fans (www.gtfc-fans.com).
