to send us as many nominations as you choose, no later than 30 November.
You'll have worked by now out you have a far better chance of getting your players included if you throw in a few lines of description, but don't let it stop you naming names, and don't be scared to name the obvious ones, thinking someone else will.
We'll publish our Physical Phenomena XI early in December, and set a new theme for the December Team of the Month.
